HKNY Entertainment offers a roster of pre-built nightlife productions designed to slide cleanly into specific time slots.
These are not ideas in development.
These are fully realized formats - built, structured, and ready to be placed.
Some productions are limited and seek a single home.
Others are scalable and can run across multiple venues.
All are designed to activate space and drive bar revenue.
We ask for a four-week lead time to prepare and promote. That's it!
Note: based on availability, cast may change.
Reach out for INTRO rates if you've never worked with us before.
HKNY Entertainment operates on a clear separation model:
Venues Pay For:
Space activation
Professional hosting
Reliable programming
DJ (if applicable)
HKNY Manages:
Ticketing
Class or participation fees
Talent compensation
This keeps venue operations simple while allowing HKNY to maintain fair pay and high-quality execution. Separate revenue like tickets or Polaroids driven by HKNY is solely revenue of HKNY. There is no revenue split either way: we don't ask for bar sales split, and you won't ask for splits from us.
Some HKNY Entertainment productions are intentionally modular and layered.
Below are our most involved formats, explained in full.
Rotating Monthly Drag Tribute Programming
Slot Type: Brunch / Daytime
Availability: Scalable to multiple venues
Tribute Brunches is a structured, rotating brunch residency designed to keep daytime programming feeling new while remaining operationally simple for venues.
A Tribute Brunch residency consists of four monthly brunches, each hosted by a different duo of drag artists, each duo assigned to a recurring tribute category which may pay homage to a specific icon or category.
For example, a venue's month might look like:
First Sunday: Bad Girls: Pamela Anderson (from the Dance Stack)
Second Sunday: Latina Legends: Telenovela Villains (from the Dance Stack)
Third Sunday: Country Queens: Outlaw Women (from the Camp stack)
Fourth Sunday: Discotheque: Studio 54 (from the Camp stack)
Venues select one of two residency tracks:
Dance Residency (performance-forward, high-energy)
Camp Residency (character-driven, comedic, nostalgic)
HKNY handles curation, rotation, and scheduling.
Venue Fee:
$300 for 2 hours of programming
Ticketing:
Tickets are sold by HKNY Entertainment
Ticket revenue is retained by HKNY and used to pay talent and operate the program
Venues retain full food and beverage revenue.
Ongoing Class + Monthly Residency Format
By: Boy Gorge & Brie Bordeaux
Slot type: Weeknight Space Activation
Availability: Limited (Seeking 1 Home)
Pointer Sister Beat Down is a recurring movement and performance based format designed to activate a venue through participation, not passive viewing.
The first two hours are a weekly intro class for stage artists that are seeking real life stage experience in front of real life audiences. The second two hours are a series of four-week master classes where Boy Gorge and a specialist teach elevated techniques to stage presence specializing in dance, camp, mic word, and more.
Each week, Boy Gorge and Brie Bordeaux host a beginner-friendly introductory class open to new participants.
It's meant to be accessible, playful, designed to build a regular student base, and encourages recurring attendance into the specialized classes.
This weekly class feeds directly into the monthly residency.
Once per month, Pointer Sister Beat Down runs a four-week residency with:
Boy Gorge acting as the anchor and facilitator
A rotating special guest instructor (one per month)
Boy functions as the consistent throughline while the guest brings expertise.
Venue Fee:
$300 for 4 hours of space activation
2 hours: Weekly intro class
2 hours: Monthly residency session
Participant Fees (Collected by HKNY):
Intro class: $45 per student (up to 15 students)
Monthly residency: $300 for 4 weeks (up to 12 students)
These funds:
Pay instructors fairly, sustain the program, and cover operational costs.
Venues do not manage nor receive student fees.
Competitive Late-Night Space Activation
Slot Type: Late Night Activation
Availability: Limited (Seeking 1 Home)
Booty Camp is a structured, competitive late-night format designed to activate historically slower late nights by turning the room into a participatory event.
This is not a passive event. Booty Camp works because it's an amateur go-go dancing competition where participants bring all their friends to vote/support them.
Booty camp operates as a registration-based competition hosted by drag talent.
Participants sign up in advance or on-site
A capped number of contestants ensures pace and control
The competition runs in short, high-energy rounds
Non-participants remain engaged as spectators
The format is intentionally tight so it:
Keeps momentum high
Prevents dead air
Encourages crowd density near the bar
Competition creates stakes
Stakes keep people present
Presence increases drink orders
Venue Fee:
$300 for 2 hours of space activation
Participant Registration (Managed by HKNY):
$10 per registrant
Max 15 participants ($150 total)
Registration funds are retained by HKNY and used to:
Pay hosts
Fund prize money
Sustain the format
Venues are not involved in participant payments.
Queen-Hosted Karaoke & Flexible Activation
Slot Type: Flexible / Anytime
Availability: Scalable (Multiple venues)
Lip Service is a hosted karaoke format designed to keep guests engaged without disrupting bar operations.
It works as a stand alone night, a recurring weekly operation, and filler during open hours.
A drag host manages sign-ups and pacing
Performances are short and controlled
The host keeps energy up between singers
Guests are encouraged to stay, drink, and cheer
The structure avoids:
Long gaps

Lip Service requires minimum setup, does not demand a stage-heavy focus, can be paused and resumed as needed.
It's ideal for venues that want engagement without complexity and consistency without chaos.
Venue Fee:
