HKNY ENTERTAINMENT · NEW YORK CITY
YOUR VENUE. YOUR BAR. OUR SHOW.
Keep doing what you do. We'll bring the entertainment.
A good venue knows how to welcome people, keep the drinks flowing and make a room feel alive. HKNY Entertainment brings the production: the performers, the concept, the show-day coordination and the commercial sponsors who fund it.
Our hosting model gives bars, clubs, lounges, restaurants and event spaces a way to bring original entertainment into their rooms without buying a show or becoming its producer. You run the hospitality business. We run the agreed entertainment.
Under our standard sponsor-funded hosting arrangement, your venue retains 100% of its own bar and ordinary food sales. There is no automatic bar-revenue split, no commission on your drinks and no entertainment booking fee charged to the venue.
HKNY raises production funding through presenting and supporting sponsors, engages the performers and team, and manages its own show budget. If the sponsorship doesn't cover the production, HKNY does not automatically pass the shortfall to the venue.
Your venue still operates and pays for its regular business activities. Any extra staffing, security, equipment, insurance, permits or other extraordinary expenses are discussed, allocated and approved in writing before the booking. Ticketing and non-bar sales are addressed separately.
A defined production format, cast, host or emcee where appropriate, music and technical coordination, performance schedule, show management and creative direction. HKNY is responsible for the performers and personnel it contracts.
Presenting and supporting sponsorship sales, sponsor recognition, agreed artwork and event-page placements, sponsor communications and fulfillment of contracted promotional benefits.

An agreed event timeline covering arrivals, load-in, sound checks, transitions, audience programming, sponsor acknowledgments and load-out. HKNY supplies a responsible production contact.
Approved production artwork, relevant performer and show promotion, and coordinated sponsor messaging. Venues may share the event through their own channels by agreement. No particular crowd size or bar-sales lift is guaranteed.
Your room, your hospitality team and your ordinary operations. The venue controls its premises, drink and food service, pricing, admissions policies, age restrictions, lawful occupancy, existing security protocols and applicable house rules.
Together, we agree on the performance area, sound and lighting, furniture layout, backstage or changing space, accessibility, staff coordination, event timing and all special production requirements. Nothing is presumed to be available simply because a room is offered.
Neighborhood bars, cocktail lounges, LGBTQ+ nightlife spaces, clubs and social venues with a workable performance or hosting area. Especially useful for operators interested in energizing a quieter service period or introducing their room to different customers.
Restaurants with a separate or adaptable entertainment area, brunch operators and hospitality groups interested in recurring programming, themed events or daytime entertainment alongside ordinary food and beverage service.
Black-box theaters, cabarets, performance rooms, hotels and other spaces with suitable staging, audience capacity and technical infrastructure. The production is matched to the room rather than forcing every venue into one format.
A ten-act variety competition where singers, dancers, comedians, drag artists, magicians, musicians and unexpected performers share one stage. Five themed Bills anchor the developing series. Full competition sponsorship target: $5,000 per edition.
A rotating cast of two, three or four drag entertainers. The Duo suits intimate spaces, the Trio expands the bill, and the Full Cast delivers a bigger night. Local sponsorship targets: $2,000, $2,750 and $3,500 respectively.
EXPLORE BARBIES FROM THE BRONX
Dance Residency, Camp Residency and themed one-off brunch events. Formats can be designed around a venue's dining and hospitality service, with recurring entertainment arrangements established separately.
Host-led social evenings with structured introductions, games and optional VIP experiences. A welcoming room, suitable seating and reasonable conversational sound levels make the event work. Starting presenting sponsorship: $2,000 per standard local ball.
Tell us the business name, neighborhood, available nights, capacity, seating or standing layout, sound equipment and the best contact for bookings.
HKNY reviews the room and discusses which productions fit its audience, technical setup, service hours and operating requirements.
We establish the date, sponsor-funding condition, space, load-in, equipment, staffing, insurance, accessibility, ticketing arrangements, promotion, cancellation procedures and responsibility for any additional costs.
Your team runs the venue. HKNY runs its contracted production. You keep your ordinary hospitality revenue; each side delivers what it agreed to provide.
Under the standard hosted model, HKNY does not take a cut of the venue's bar revenue, and the venue does not pay the show's talent bill. Any different commercial arrangement must be negotiated and documented rather than implied.
A confirmed event requires an approved budget, collectible funding, suitable venue conditions, performer engagements and necessary permissions. An initial venue inquiry or tentative date is not a confirmed booking.
HKNY can promote a show and coordinate with sponsors, artists and venues, but does not guarantee an audience minimum or a particular amount of food and beverage revenue.
Hospitality groups and operators with several locations can discuss a recurring series, rotating productions or multiple-room partnerships. A consistent commercial framework can support different formats without requiring every venue to host the same show.
You already have the venue and the guests to welcome. Tell HKNY what your room can handle, which nights are available and what kinds of entertainment interest you. We'll review the fit and discuss a production agreement.
YOUR VENUE. OUR PRODUCTION. EVERYBODY HAS A ROLE.
