Need a show for a particular date? HKNY Entertainment develops and delivers original live entertainment for venues, hospitality groups, promoters, private clients and event organizers. Choose a production, tell us what you're planning and we'll assemble the right engagement.

Booking is different from sponsoring or hosting one of our sponsor-funded shows. As the event buyer, you commission a defined production under an agreed fee, schedule and scope. HKNY coordinates its contracted artists, creative direction and production responsibilities.

WHAT YOUR BOOKING INCLUDES

Every quote defines the production format, number of featured performers, agreed performance time or sets, host requirements, creative brief, music or DJ needs, rehearsal or sound-check schedule, technical rider, travel arrangements and the responsibilities of both HKNY and the buyer.

We identify what the location supplies, including stage area, sound, lighting, backstage or changing space, accessibility, security, hospitality and any required approvals. Nothing outside the confirmed agreement is silently included.

HOW BOOKING WORKS

01 · TELL US ABOUT THE OCCASION

Choose a production and provide the date, location, venue, approximate audience, desired format and any special requests. Include the best way to reach you.

02 · REVIEW THE SHOW

HKNY checks artist availability, venue suitability, show format, technical requirements, travel logistics and the commercial scope.

03 · RECEIVE YOUR QUOTE

The written proposal identifies the booking fee, payment schedule, contracted deliverables, buyer responsibilities and postponement or cancellation terms.

04 · CONFIRM THE ENGAGEMENT

The show is reserved after the required agreement and payment conditions are satisfied. HKNY then coordinates its cast, schedule and delivery with your event team.

BUY A SHOW OR HOST A SPONSORED SHOW?

BOOK A PRODUCTION

You are purchasing entertainment for your occasion. The buyer pays the agreed production fee and receives the show described in the contract.

HOST A SPONSOR-FUNDED PRODUCTION

Your venue offers a suitable room while HKNY brings commercially sponsored programming. Under the standard hosting model, the venue retains its ordinary bar sales and does not pay a standard entertainment booking fee. Any additional expenses are agreed in writing.

SPONSOR A PRODUCTION

Your business funds a specific show or series in exchange for contracted advertising and promotional benefits. This is a commercial partnership, not a booking of performers for a private event.

A production choice; preferred date or date range; city and venue; approximate attendance; desired number of entertainers; general budget or purchasing authority; event type; technical setup; travel requirements; and any additions such as photography, themed material or expanded hosting. If details are still being decided, tell us what you know.

PRICING & AVAILABILITY

Private booking fees are quoted by production, cast size, date, location and delivery requirements. Sponsorship targets shown on other HKNY or OpenCall pages are not private booking prices. A submitted inquiry does not reserve a performer or event date.

HKNY confirms the cast, schedule and production terms before accepting a booking. Changes to scope, travel, technical requirements or timing may change the quoted price.
